Ken HAYASHI, 1979-
Worked for a real estate company in Kyoto City, mainly in leasing and building management.
Started leasing business for international students and foreign nationals while working on leasing business for Japanese.
Explored new market in clients (tenants, Japanese owners, management companies, and universities)
Established a rental brokerage department specializing in foreign nationals, recruited, instructed, trained, expanded sales channels, and conducted sales.
Plan, organize, and operate guesthouses while providing rental brokerage services.
Established a department specializing in guesthouses, develop properties, manage and operate them, provide guidance/education, and hand over the responsibility to the successor.
Explored the market for sales brokerage, expand sales channels, and conduct sales.
Established a department specializing in sales brokerage for foreigners.
Opened a real estate brokerage store (rental and sales) for foreign nationals, designed and operated the store, and engaged as a manager.
In parallel with the brokerage business, we were entrusted with the management of a total of more than 50 units of properties (building management and vacant house management).
After 10 years of service, left the company and established a new company, Arrows International Realty Corp.
